The Sta. Victoria Caves Park in Ilagan, Isabela, which is around 1.5 to 2 hours from the city of Tuguegarao, offers its visitors with various ways to have a great encounter with nature. It features 12 limestone caves with naturally formed rock formations and stalactites. After taking a walk at the caves, you may want to cool off and try the waters at the nearby Pinzal Falls. Moreover, the park, which is located within the Fuyot Springs National park, also features carabao - cart rides, mini zoos and picnic areas. The park is 15 kilometers away from the Ilagan town proper.
