Saint Paul University - Tuguegarao is Top 2 in National Nursing Licensure Examination

Saint Paul University Philippines, located along College Avenue, Tuguegarao City, made the city proud once again as it affirmed its status as one of the nation's powerhouses in nursing education through its impressive showing in the PRC conducted nursing licensure examinations held last year. In the results released recently, SPUP, which is also the first university among all Saint Paul educational institutions in the country, ranked second in the list of top performing schools in the country with a passing percentage of 98.56%, a few percentage points behind top performer Saint Paul University - Iloilo.

Moreover, three Paulinians from Tuguegarao also made it to the topnotchers list with Inna Joyce Jusi Siazon landing at Top 8 and Michelle Calamba Ariola and Charles Riotita Sia both landing at Top 10.

Meanwhile, University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao also made an impressive showing with a passing percentage of 94.29%. Visit San Pablo Church, San Pablo, Isabela

The pictures you see below are those of the Spanish - built San Pablo Church. The church, which is considered as the oldest in the whole Cagayan Valley region with an age of close to four centuries already (only a dozen years before it reaches 400 years old), can be found in the oldest town of Isabela, San Pablo, which is only a few minutes away from the city of Tuguegarao. One good thing about this church is that it hasn't undergone any major facelift or renovation, what you see today is the same old church our predecessors saw a hundred years ago.
